At Dragonfly tuition Ltd we appreciate that sometimes lessons may have to be cancelled or rearranged. With this in mind our cancellation policy ensures that parents have a reasonable degree of flexibility, but our tutors are also protected against last minute change-of-plans.

To ensure all costs and time allocated are considered, cancellation fees apply in the following way:

• Less than 24 hours notice - 100% cost of session charged.

 

• No-Show - if a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. 

 

• 1 month notice period if you wish to withdraw from tuition.
