At Dragonfly tuition Ltd we appreciate that sometimes life happens and lessons may have to be cancelled or rearranged. With this in mind, our cancellation policy ensures that parents have a reasonable degree of flexibility, but our tutors are also protected against last minute change of plans. ​

 

To ensure all costs and time allocated are considered, cancellation fees apply in the following way: ​

• Less than 24 hours notice - 100% cost of session charged ​

• 1 months notice period if you wish to withdraw from tuition.

Each tutor can consider any specific circumstances and decide whether cancellation fees should be applied. If there is a dispute about cancellation charges then a complaint can be raised with the Director and efforts will be made to resolve the issue.
