I am a dedicated and highly experienced primary teacher with over 10 years of teaching and tutoring across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with particular expertise in the Year 6 curriculum. I specialise in Mathematics, English, and 11+ preparation, helping pupils build the skills and confidence they need to excel in these crucial areas.

Alongside my UK classroom experience, I have also taught English and Maths abroad. Holding a TESOL, I have developed a strong understanding of the challenges faced by multilingual learners and the effective strategies needed to support them in achieving success.

My teaching is guided by a whole-child approach: I design lessons tailored to each learner’s needs, balancing academic progress with personal growth. I place a strong emphasis on building rapport — when children feel motivated, understood, and supported, they flourish both inside and outside the classroom.

As both a teacher and a parent, I bring not only professional expertise but also empathy and insight into the emotional side of learning. My mission is to ensure every child achieves measurable progress while developing resilience, independence, and a genuine love of learning.
